Within a few weeks of eating more healthfully, our taste sensations change such that foods with lower salt, sugar, and fat content actually taste better.

I'm grateful for my braces, it makes eating sweets/candy much less attractive
I believe Andrew huberman spoke about this in his videos
Peaches, peaches, peaches, peaches, peaches🎵
💕
I had this experience with salt. I went a week or two eating little to no salt. When I made a soup and added a salty herb blend, I was blown away how salty it was. The next day, I made the same soup and it didn't taste as salty. Third day I made the same soup again and I could barely taste the salt even though I added the same amount as the previous two days. The soup went from crazy flavorful to pretty bland in only a couple of days because my tongue got used to the level of salt that quickly.
Now peaches taste so good to me a candy bar is nauseating to even consider. Nectarines are anesthetizing.
Dr Scammer should do some research of how sugar and flavor deprived the overwhelming majority of fruits and vegetables are.
One would have to downregulate his ENTIRE existence to just feed off fruits, vegetables and legumes and herbs alone and a bit of whole grain here and there.
Stop making sugar and white rice and other processed starches into a villain.
we're all addicts. Dr Gregor, we might as well powder that peach and snort it.
