Jesus Christ the son of God who came from heaven and was crucified for the forgiveness of our sins is coming back very soon to bring fiery judgement upon this wicked world and to gather his faithful ones with him to paradise just like it is prophesied. Seek him now and come to him while there is still a little time left for your soul. Read the gospels for yourself in the bible to know him and the path of Salvation. No one comes to God but by him and by his precious blood which was shed for all our sins when He was crucified. Heaven and hell are real places and there are countless testimonials of people who have had near death experiences that witnessed them firsthand. The bible is a real book. Everyone shall be judged by their hearts and actions in this life. Only Jesus is able to set you free from your sins. The time is very short. You have been warned. God bless you all that seek the Truth!

  2. I'm so confused. I know plants are good for us – that just makes sense. But how come doctors can't agree on protein/meat since they all use science? One doctor says – do the carnivore diet – we were meant to eat meat and fast regularly. Other doctors say we will die of heart disease if we eat meat. I've been trying to live by Michael Pollan's rule which is – "Eat whole foods, mostly plants, not too much " but then I read that one meal of meat can take a full day for arteries to recover from the trauma. So confusing.

  3. Probably the most important talk you've given. If only we could get people to cut down on protein, we'll have solved many of today's physical problems. Eat whole fruits, veg's, legumes, tubers, and live a long, happy life.

  4. Most people don't want to live longer, but that's because they assume those extra years can only be filled with sickness and disease.

  5. Love and totally agree with the last comment before the advertisement, just follow the government diet AKA version of the Mediterranean diet. If we all followed the government recommended diet in wealthy countries then our life expectancy would be 90 or so.

  6. Like most of his videos and podcasts, this one contains a myriad of "ifs" and "mays" and "mights" – rendering the thesis almost meaningless.

  7. I was in my local charity shop and I sore a book written by Keith Mitchell called The practical macrobiotic cookbook . It's about the metabolic diet eating Brown rice , beans , legumes and nuts . It's a good book and makes a lot of sense . It's about the Okinawa diet . I have to say though there have been other studies that conclude that eating a vegan diet can lead to osteoporosis and hip fractures in old age . So what ever the truth is , I will still be eating lots of oats and vegetables everyday and eggs and occasionally some meat .

  8. Does the increase in FGF21 after switching to a WFLFVD explain the increase in energy? I found that once I stopped eating fish, which was the only animal based food I ate, my energy level went through the roof! I thought maybe I had been suffering from mercury poisoning, but I wonder if increased FGF21 levels gives you more energy.

  9. I read a lot of literature on anti aging and follow Dr Sinclair and Dr Stanfield. How come they never talk about FGF21? All the hype is around NR/NMN, Rapamycine, sulphorophane, etc.

  10. This diet isnt a cure all, I have eaten this way for years and am still sick in various ways. Lots of sick plant based eaters out there

  11. After I was diagnosed with osteoarthritis in my left foot, I studied the findings of Prof. Dr. Wendt in the 1940s. The cause not only of osteoarthritis but also of most other diseases is protein storage disease. By avoiding animal products, my foot is pretty much in order.

    Serum FGF21 levels are significantly increased in obesity and in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) indicating a state of FGF21-resistance.[27][28]

    Elevated levels also correlate with liver fat content in non-alcoholic fatty liver disease[29] and positively correlate with BMI in humans suggesting obesity as a FGF21-resistant state.[30] Both high sugar and low protein diets elevate FGF21 in humans by means of PPAR-α, although this effect can be accompanied by FGF21-resistance.[8]

  13. I came across Dr. Gregers information etc… I have no idea where to start to become plant based. Do you have a plan you can follow to start out. There is so much information, I have no idea where to start.

  14. Where does the recommended protein daily requirement of 59 grams (did I hear that correctly?) come from? Would that apply to a man involved in a significant exercise program or physical work?
