  1. What about those pesky brown spots on the face? Any plants foods to diminish their appearance or get rid of them instead of chemicals or lazer treatments? Thanks in advance. 👈🌱💚💪✌️

  2. Thanks for reminding me to eat my almonds (raw, sprouted), flaxseed and Brazil nuts for selenium! 🙌
I know avocado is great for the skin as well 🥑

  3. Health care costs are out of control. Going WFPB vegan can save money, pain and suffering from disease.
Lower your chance of high blood pressure, heart disease and cancer by going vegan. Hospitals, doctors offices and schools should be places where good nutrition is taught and provided not places that contribute to disease and obesity. It is crazy the hospitals are feeding people the very food that caused the heart disease, high blood pressure or cancer that they are treating. Every person in the hospital should receive some nutrition education before being released. Every doctor visit should be an opportunity to educate patients about how food choices impacts their health outcomes. The fact that doctors do not get nutrition training as part of their training makes no sense. Medicare and Medicaid should require nutrition education as part of patient care. Focus should be on food choices.

  4. I have to think the sun can’t be as bad for our skin as we’ve been told. Our ancestors lived their lives out in the sun all day every day of the year. Evolution surely wouldn’t have made us so weak to the sunlight which would be ever present in our lives.

It’s just hard to square that living our lives as closely to our nature as possible is beneficial for us in every other way (eating our natural WFPB diet, daily exercise, socializing with friends and family, spending time in natural environments, nurturing our soul, etc.) but getting more than 20 minutes of midday sunlight is dangerous? Really?

  5. Why not come right out and say meat protein destroys collagen! Vegans don't wrinkle or get gray hair (lack of minerals) until great age. OK meat snowflakes go for it 😄

Freshly ground flax seeds and eat right away!

  6. How can you find a plant based doctor with nutrition training locally ?
Doctors do not get nutrition training in medical school and only learn to test, and treat thru diagnostic testing, prescribing medication or recommending surgery. There is little hope of dealing with the root cause unless you can find a plant based doctor. Is there a national directory or some other source to find a doctor.

  7. I corrected my diet and got No more loose teeth, bleeding gums, sensitive teeth, blocked sinuses, mouth breathing, left eye twitches, heartburn, calf cramps, yellow stool, blood in stool, edema below the knees, pain in feet when walking, I can stay out in the sun longer without burning or peeling, lower back has recently started feeling stronger.

  8. Been eating almonds and (ground) flax seeds everyday for a while now and my skin has improved so much. I used to get so many skin imperfections and issues, but now my skin is smooth, no more black heads nor pimples, I don't use all those expensive creams that I used to buy anymore. My skin just looks perfect the way it does, without any skin-product.
I also follow a Whole Plant Based Diet of course. Amazing skin, amazing health (haven't got sick ever since), amazing levels of energy. Can't recommend enough!!

  9. Although she also smoked and ate red meat most of their life, the longest lived human on record would lather in olive oil every day. Is ingesting it preferrable?

  10. Best recipe. 7 soaked almonds. Get rid of that almonds skin . That almond skin doesn't really help .. Flaxseed in our salad 🥗.. also the key that I do at night time every night .. when your skin is wet from washing.. olive oil .. but not any olive oil…. koroneiki olive oil .. its a bit pricey than the others but a small bottle will last you years vs those small jars of chanel or lancome or la mer … thank me later

Ps Dr Greger for president 🙌

  11. I eat a lot of seeds and herbs flax seeds included so I dont know whats making my skin looks healthy. but as far as I know that being on vegan lifestyle is a game changer regarding to look youthful
