  1. I never lose weight when I drink coffee, and neither do 83% of the rest of adult Americans. But the medical literature insists that olive oil, nuts, coconut oil, green tea and coffee have magical properties.

  2. Despite the economic downturn,I'm so happy. I have been earning $ 60,000 returns from my $7,000 investment every 13 day's.😊

  3. I love the energy and buzz it gives. I have a super low tolerance. Maybe one tsp of grounds get me zoomin. But if gives me anxiety and headaches like a few hours later.

  4. general rule: if the ratio of pleasure to ~> health cost is high. then enjoy it as a blessing…trying to avoid all fun, to prolong a dull existence, wastes a lot of energy 🤣

  5. How does instant coffee fit into the sceam of things. I would like to know as I'm English and a tea drinker, no milk nor sugar. Ive been thinking of having a cup of instant coffee at brakefast time.
Ps, I've learnt such alot from your videos, I'm sure a plant based diet is helping me, a 70 year old with HSP that kicked in during my mid 30's.
    Thank you.

  6. When you have ADHD, there's no way you could be without stimulants, unless you want to float around in a fog. Empty, and disconnected from everything.

  7. Shoot. I do French press daily, hot. But, my favorite tasting coffee is a cold brew, paper filtered, French press! I guess I’ll start filtering my hot French press, too.

  8. Rather than artificially propping myself up at work with coffee, I’ve started working on my natural energy and earning a cup of strong green tea to relax at the end of my day. It’s healthier and actually benefits my mental health, whereas coffee drinkers are not known for their Zen dispositions.

  9. i have read that coffee reduces risk of diabetes, dementia, nafld.
of course, there are downsides. nevertheless, i enjoy my morning joe.
everything in life has risks and rewards.

  10. The problem I have with coffee is that it raises my blood pressure – a lot. Even decaf coffee and tea. That was not discussed at all.
