Health and physical fitness are the source of sex appeal amongst women over 65. Wrinkles really don't matter.
My wife uses rice water 😂😂😂
been using the DIY-vitamin-c serum since I've read how not to age, you saved me tons of money haha
The answer on this channel to everything is plant good, meat, eggs and dairy bad.
Do Rogaine next!

16-84% correctly identified the vit C side of the face? And this is considered to be signficant??
Wow 😊
Oh boy. Now Big Cosemetics will hate Dr Greger too! (Thanks for the cheap skincare lotion formula)!! <3

Does it have to be L-ascorbic acid? There are a lot of brands selling just ascorbic acid without specifying the isomer. I'm guessing these might include the d-ascorbic acid, d-isoascorbic acid, and l-isoascorbic isomers. I guess, buyer beware.

Thank you <3
My mom's morning facial routine was to take apple peel and papaya peel and rub it on her face. She had a huge darker patch ( could have been melasma) on a bit less than 1/4 of her face. It faded over time. She has great skin even at 90yo. And she had her breakfast too.
Hey can you let us know about red light or blue light therapy ?
Thank you for tour fantastic work of delivering us scientific info in a digestable way!
Still looking forward to read his book on not aging with all things all at once.
Up next: save money by making retinoids from carrots and sweet potatoes!
How long would a vitamin C solution last? Could you make some up for the week or month?
I have problems with any 52 year-old who looks 65 telling me (who is 76, and often taken for early 60s) what works for skin n care. My faughter is his age, and he looks like my ex husband's age of 78.
