  1. Vegan Jesus strikes again. Dr Gregor, thank you. Your videos, books, podcasts – heal exponentially more than any doctor ever could in his/her office. You found your calling (doctor), and you deliver in orders of magnitude.

  2. I'd love a video on reducing picky eating. I didn't realize how important messy eating and playing with food is. My baby loves spoon feeding so I never considered letting her touch and feel the food and get dirty

  3. So basically eat plant based (broccoli) and skip processed meats? Thats what a lot of his advice feels like. Thats not a knock against him, I just want to summarize. I would love to see a debate/conversation between him and Peter Attia. If I recall correctly, Peter has a different approach to nutrition than does Dr. Greger.

  4. Excellent video! Thank you so much and now I’m gonna eat more broccoli. One thing I do want to point out is asthma patients gain weight because of the ongoing lack of oxygen, which causes them to have a slower metabolism. Again, losing weight helps with asthma too. So, it’s kind of catch-22. The solution is to simply get more oxygen and these suggestions certainly can help. Definitely gotta increase that cruciferous vegetable intake.

  5. Thanks a lot for this video. I have athma myself and just experienced it getting way worse since I moved to a big city and gained a bit of weight. Trying a lot to improve my health and your advices mean a lot to me.

  6. I have been struggling with AERD for over a decade, working with 3 different specialists (ENT, pulmonologist and allergist) There is mixed information on the role of salicylates in fruits and vegetables with this condition. Any advice would be appreciated.

  7. I am taking lots of fresh organic veggies, including 2+ cups/broccoli with stems to work to munch on. They keep me hydrated as well as the other benefits. 🥦🥕🫑🥒🥑🥗🫒😋

  8. Urban tolls! What a good idea, Dr. G. I do a fair amount of walking around my city of San Francisco and I notice that most cars on the road have only one passenger — the driver. That's unacceptable. We'll never reach our climate goals if we continue in this fashion.

  9. My neighbors like to burn their leaves, branches and trash. The smoke often floats into my yard and irritates my eyes and I suppose my lungs too. There are farms close by where they spray for insects during part of the year. Does this hurt your lungs. Should I buy a HEPA or some other kind of air purifier? Pass the broccoli!

  10. Question: Where do you get broccoli-sprouts from. ? Do you grow Them yourself,? And how do youdo it ? in a safe Way without wrong bacteriegrowth?
