    Not once was bromine or FODMAPS eva mentioned on how grains has dat neurotoxin in em, which is an opiod.

  2. Fatty liver, liver cirrhosis, liver cell carcinoma, hepatitis … all liver diseases come from fat/cholesterol, not from carbohydrates/sugar
    1. Cholesterol is not only deposited in the arteries, but also in the liver.
    2. Cholesterol oxidizes and regulates receptors that make the liver fat.
    3. Cholesterol ensures that white blood cells secrete inflammatory substances, which leads to fatty liver.
    4. Free cholesterol accumulates in fatty liver cells, where it crystallizes and leads to liver inflammation (hepatitis).
    5. Observed at 9000 for 13 years: Cholesterol consumption is strongly correlated with liver cirrhosis and liver cancer: Cholesterol oxidizes in the body and causes toxic and carcinogenic effects.
    6. To protect yourself from the toxic effects of cholesterol, the body releases the cholesterol into the blood, so by measuring the non-HDL cholesterol one can estimate how fatty the liver is. No patients with non-HDL-C less than 130 mg/dl developed Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver Disease (NAFL).
    7. When you eat fat, you feed the bad bacteria in your gut that promote inflammation and then contribute to leaky gut. This activates the innate defense system in the liver and damages the liver on a cellular level. Dietary fat -> Dysbiosis in the intestine -> PAMP's -> Intestinal permeability translocation of PAMP's -> Activation of TLR's -> Lipogenesis, Inflammation, Oncogenesis -> 1. Healthy liver -> 2.     Regarding alcohol: When alcohol is metabolized, acetaldehyde is produced, which damages the fat transport system in the liver, which means that the liver can no longer excrete the fat.

  3. Finally someone explaining the reasoning to change a diet after developing NAFLD. Everyone says no saturated fat and eat more veggies but not much more detail in the explanation.

  4. Funny how there are people preaching since decades that grains and other whole carbohydrates make you fat and ill, literally the opposite of what the research says. Frustrating.

  5. So COCONUT, a common food eaten daily and regularly in parts of world, is not good due to the saturated fat? Grains are sprayed with Roundup, Glycosate, a herbicide pesticide which may cause Cancer. Canadian grains contains less, supposedly. Oh well, what can you do; you can't avoid everything bad. I stopped a lot of refined white bread foods, eating only one egg a week, including no alcohol and I think I feel better. But I don't like oatmeal; I need brown sugar on it! Oh well.

  6. I went vegan-keto for a month- my insulin resistance went worse..Now on low fat, high carb feeling better than ever.. Here important point is- Low fat means less of 10 % of your calories coming from fat..

    Every adult and child should own a bicycle and ride it regularly.
    Regular exercise will help you sleep better.
    Obesity is all too common today. Get off the couch.
    Ride to work, ride to school, ride for fun.
    Every city should be a bicycle city.
    Speak up for bicycles in your community.

  11. Damn I have NAFLD and I’m only in my early 20’s 😅 working on lowering the sugar consumption but it’s difficult! Aghhh. I don’t eat a lot of fats though and I’m like 80% plant based, rarely eat animal products

  13. I've been eating more whole grains and pulses after reading your book, "How not to Die". I'm a little worried about the amount of herbicides I'm ingesting though, since I read that conventionally grown dried grains and pulses are sprayed with herbicides to dry them out. It's even been found in some organic products according to one test. I'm also in Canada, and Health Canada is proposing to increase the amount of glyphosate residue allowed on foods, such as whole grains and pulses, at concentrations higher than what's allowed in the US and the International Standard. I learned from one of your videos that the surfactants in the final herbicide formula can be toxic. I also read elsewhere that sometimes, heavy metals such as arsenic and lead can be in the formula as well. Yum!

  14. You've spurred me on along the way, informed and inspired me! I reckon it's leading us all back to the garden of Eden, because It's got me growing fruit and hopefully nut trees, plus veg, berries, herbs. I've found that a cabbage lives beyond a year if you just pull off the outer leaves as, and when you want them, so there's your green leafy veg all year round practically! I've heard kale does too, and I've started some of them off. This gets me outside which is a good way to get Vitamin D, and the beauty of nature lifts my spirits. Thank you for all of your research and for helping free us from the tangle of misinformation fed to us from the cradle to the grave from commercial interests, to an understanding of our true biological roots and needs. It makes me feel integrated into the whole of nature and to all of time, as it brings us back to our true nature.

  15. Thank you for addressing this!!🙏 I have fatty liver, am very thin and never ate much sugary drinks or candy. Tried low carb/high fat diet to try to improve my condition and it got worse! (I “put it to the test”). Now on plant based and hoping this will help. I would like to gain weight without hurting my liver.😔

  16. after 8 years with fatty liver disease (high level for at least 2 years) I changed my diet from vegan to ketogenic and in less then 3 months my fatty liver disappeared!!. i know many others that did the same…with the same result. this podcast is a complete bullshit!
    there are no links to the proposed research he mansions… (obviously..)

  18. We eat oatmeal twice a week here. Myself and no one in my family has ever had oatmeal keep us "full longer". In fact we specifically regularly notice that it "drops" us much sooner than any other breakfasts and we are very, very hungry before the next meal.

    We use whole, rolled oats cooked in water. Everyone puts on different toppings. I prefer blueberries only. Others prefer raisins, cinnamon, and/or maple syrup. I've learned to remind my kids to eat plenty of nuts and fresh fruit as well to help them stay full longer, but it never works. 🤷‍♀️

  19. It's really about fructose, which is found in all sorts of junk foods, soda pop, and condiments. It's the worst offender. Actual table sugar is not so much, since your body mostly burns it as energy directly. Your body can't deal with a high amount of fructose, and it gets stored as fat in organs like the liver.

    Fructose found in whole fruits is different because usually it's in lower quantities.

    This is yet one more reason why people need to eat a diet that's mostly made of unprocessed foods, especially foods that avoid high fructose corn syrup, which is 2/3 fructose.

  20. I ve been on a plant based diet for more than two years, no meat. Except for the fact that I have been hooked on sugar since Christmas. I’ve just been diagnosed with mild NAFLD. I don’t like fat so am surprised by this. I am hypothyroid and celiac. Have you suggestions for me to clean the liver ?
