  1. its from oils being in the vapes people used to add Vitamin E acetate to THC cartridges in high school i dont think the nicotine vapes are causing that stuff ive used the bad carts and it feels like your inhaling spikes

  2. burning incense and candles inside are unhealthy, BUT there are risks/benefits with most things in life, so activities must be weighed for pluses and minuses.

  3. I’ve had to stop going to one of my favorite Indian restaurants because they burn incense continuously and there is zero circulation. It’s in the center of a long narrow building. It’s strong in the center as well as accumulating on either end.

    Our server happened to be white, American. I asked her if the owners would be offended if the incense would be temporarily extinguished because I was feeling a headache and nauseous. She said they do get offended because it’s part of their religion. She said it bothers her, too, and sometimes she “accidentally” knocks into it to put it out. She kindly snuffed it out for us.

  4. Very overlooked cause of illness are seemingly safe packaging. So many of our foods and daily used items comes in toxic plastics but nobody is speaking out about.

  5. hey dr. g it would be great if you could make a video on chatgpt, since it dosent agree 100% with the whole food plant based diet. it would be great to see you talk to it and find out how it came out slightly off somehow

  6. I'm confused by the higher adverse effects with the so-called environmentally friendly incense as worse than conventional incense. Plus, he doesn't mention the overall incense experience & types; e.g. any benefits from the scents used and cones vs sticks, etc.

  7. Question to Dr. Gregger? Should women with estrogen driven GYN cancers have any fear of flax seeds or soy increasing tumor growth? Are studies clear that they do Not contribute to estrogen in body? Lately there has been some controversy in plant-based online community- and now I have concerns. Thank you for ALL you do. 🙏
