  1. Hello… I live in India and it was very interesting for me to hear this…. In my culture we have a post partum regime that is followed where the new mother is given special nutritional bars that are home made and all have a lot of fenugreek seeds specially to increase milk production.. I always thought of this as an old wives tale so this was incredibly fascinating for me to hear….

  2. What does the science say about fenugreek for breast cancer patients, given that it increases estrogen levels? Thanks.

  3. People don't understand basic science. Humans have evolved from ape family which is herbivore. Our entire human anatomy is that of a herbivore. Scientists have found skeletons of early humans and hominids which are 1.5 million to 3 million years old which showed evidences of herbivore lifestyle. Scientists have found 60,000 year old skeletons of Australian aboriginals which shows that they were herbivores. Scientists have also found 50,000 year old Neanderthal skeletons which show that they were herbivores.
Egyptians, Zapotecs and Native Americans, Indians, Japanese, Ethipions, Zambians, etc have been vegetarians for thousands of years. Animal consumption started later due to globalisation and culture.

  4. What a waste of time. Who cares that fenugreek causes underarm smelled to differ. What we care about is RCT studies showing positive biological effects of fenugreek.

  5. Have been using fenugreek for couples of months, the odor part is true. About 5 months in now I don't smell it anymore (not sure when it stopped)

  6. I note i smeel like maple syrup from time to time
    im 40 year old
I am doing a crazy boomerang Plant based Diet (freestyle)

Now, I wounder if is something more serious

  7. Can anyone comment on dosing? The podcast mentions a tablespoon of seeds but when I look online the capsules are huge and recommend 4/day. Are most people taking capsules or seeds?

  8. Don't ingest fenugreek if you have prostate cancer. One of the primary goals of prostate cancer treatment is to reduce testosterone as much as possible.
