  1. Not sure if you will see this Dr Gregor but do you have any information about oxalic acid in spinach, kale and green tea? Can too much of either cause kidney stones? Would be awesome to hear a response. Love your work btw, so thankful there are people like you who actually care about human health so thankyou.

  2. the vids aren't only useful they're priceless I mean if you go to some Docs they'll write a prescription that's how they were trained to do but someone like Dr Mike tells me that healthy diet is the secret and he shows us how

  3. I wonder if the high fiber content in cinnamon is the reason for this (if so, it would mean that fiber doesn't ONLY help w/absorption, it may ALSO help in CHOOSING WHICH molecules to absorb)!?!

  4. Is there a difference in the cinnamon from Africa and Asia. I think the Africa cinnamon is the true cinnamon and the Asia cinnamon is the false cheaper version which is what is sold in store in America.

  5. OMG Finally i found you!!! the one who can explain the answer in my head for such a long time with scientific reserachs as backup!!! I LOVE LOVE IT!!! so useful and now I become your fan! also i'll suggest your webpage to my family and my beloved friends 🙂

  6. The voice of that vegan man is irritating as hell ….. oh, and oxalates are bad for your health .. yes, also those in spinach.

  7. I'm not sure (I'm still putting it to the test 😉 ) but I suspect cinnamon may be triggering an arrhythmia… so far, though, it's looking like the lead culprit…
