  1. Omg. Thanks so much. I was worried when I saw the title that the American disdain for negative mood would creep in to the report. Eating plants promotes great brain functions so we can have a full range of mood and do the things we treasure. So glad you keep spreading the word.

  2. Thank you so much for all your helpful information and for all that you do I love you lit's sending hugs and love from Vancouver island you're my hero❤❤

  3. You mention that lutein supplementation or eating high lutein foods does not help with Alzheimer's. So prevention is more important than expecting a cure. But why do you not mention the results obtained with turmeric in both preventing dementias AND reversing late stage Alzheimer's you presented in the past?

  4. Many thanks for your great efforts always.

As for spinach, how do we eat it in a safe way without the oxalates?

As for cabbage, in your opinion, what are the best additives that can be added to cabbage during cooking, enhancing its nutritional value and antioxidant capacity?

    Greetings to you

  5. I have been telling people for years 😛
And this whole thing about healthy neurotransmitter activity has a lot of implications – even on how food tastes

  6. oh my goodness I have been telling everyone who would listen that the macular shows up lutein deficiency and it gets it from the brain. I connected the dots from your studio and bits I have researched, my husband has dementia and the Geriatrician can't understand why his scores have improved. I have been feeding him big green smoothies with kale and spinach every day. he has been a very poor eater up to now, I thought I might get a noble prize ha ha but it turns out it might be you. I love your channel

  7. also what I am excited about my grandson who has Autism and will only eat meat, will happily drink down a green smoothie because he doesn't know there is fruit and veggies in it, my daughter is buying a high speed blender as soon as possible so she can get them into him at Home. I will let you know if he improves

  8. also my husband has fronto temporal dementia so I will keep you posted about his progress with Lutein and zeaxanthin rich smoothies in his diet
