Problemi dietetici a base vegetale: allergia o intolleranza alla soia? Cancro e soia?
Greger!

Another interesting & informative video Plant based science London. Soya for humans consumption in the UK & Europe is mainly grown in the EU and GMO free. Love 🥰 the video.
Thanks so much for sharing this video. Another great video as usual.
Thank you. Of course: I'm vegan since 2000, hardly ever eat soy but manage quite well with other legumes. Here in India many legumes are commonly and traditionally eaten. Even non vegetarians don't eat meat every day, although as the years go on more and more seem to be doing that. Many traditional legume dishes are liked by people across all diets.
Ty
But how about the estrogen in it regarded to men??
GMO is the problem not soy. Asians have been eating soy for centuries and they're not the ones with reproductive issues except when the government stepped in to manage it
Meat eaters eat soy. Many vegans don't eat soy.
I think the problem is that knife you're using to cut the soy. .59 never seen such a dirty moldy knife before especially on a "health" video.
Most tofu products are non gmo
Organic is overrated
i can almost with certainly say that these individuals dont actually have a soy allergy, but rather an intolerance to bean sugars (oligosacharides)
if they experimented with other legumes therefore it would make their symptoms likely even worse since other legumes have a much higher carb:fat ratio and the bean carbs happen to be…carbs! xD
so yea technically dr greger answered the question but switching to other legumes will most likely not change a thing for these individuals
(15-20% ppl have problems with fodmaps, whereas only 1% have a soy allergy, this is much more likely tbh)
Soy is great. But so are all the other cooked legumes.
I like soy products and I'm fortunate not to be allergic, but I'd be plant based even if I was.
I'm vegan and rarely eat soy.
Where can I find the original audio from Dr Greger pls? Q&A day I guess..m
2:35 Mark BENEFITS of Soy & 3:15 – “BEST OF BOTH WORLDS” EXPLANATION IS GREAT❣️👍🏻👍🏻❤ – THANK YOU
Thanks, legumes and bean, soya has antiestrogenicveffectsvin breast, proestrogenic in bones
One of the approved plant washes for organic food items in the United States is soy based. No further declaration noted on packaging other than Organic.
What about Uterine Cancer and soy. Does soy have protective effects in GYN cancers vs. breast cancers? One GYN oncologist from Mt Sinai said on You Tube last month to Avoid Flax and Soy with Endometrial Cancer. Called “The Relationship Between Estrogen and Endometrial Cancer.” Near end at Qand A she says this. Why? 🤷♀️
