Ive been using monkfruit and erythritol lately but I feel addicted to it. Im going to start replacing them with just plain filtered water.
Is it going to be uploaded here after that?
What about agave?
None because we shouldn't extract sugar, we should consume sweetie fruits/produce as they are.
It's crazy that it can't just be a livesteam for everyone here.
What is the speed you set your treadmill it on when you’re doing your videos?
Beard on, beard off, on, off, on…. that one's a keeper Doc!Â
Put down the scissors and step away from the mirror
We do not need sweeteners. at all.
Eythritol gives me soft bowel movements. Enough that I choose to just not sweeten things

I recently bought Erythritol and the 1st time I used it, later in the day I got horrible painful gas pains. I used the recommended serving size on the back of the package. Beans have never given me gas like that.
In this webinar, are we able to ask questions and he will answer them?
Can't wait 🙂
what's the point of sweetners when you can eat fruits ?
Xylithol and Erythritol are good. Both are beneficial for SCFA production in the gut.
How do I heal hot water burn I spilt hot water on my chest and scared of having scarring how long to heal with ice
good luck eating 100 g of erythrit without a diaper

We know he's wearing super short and tight spandex shorts right now 🤣 rock on 🌱4
Great wondering if allulose just delays spiking blood sugar as opposed to not causing it like all the other sweetness you've examined thus far.
Stevia and monkfruit is what I use.
Organic pure stevia extract powder is what I have chosen for myself when in my fasting phase.
Why are people hooked on the idea that they need sweetness?
I am sure that there is enough of it in life without having to add extra. I prefer Umami
All this guy does is whip out one study after another until they contradict eachother.
maca is a personal favourite sweetener and packed with lots of health bennifits, although its not sugar free (20g per 100g) I highly recommend it
not aspatame
