  1. Here, in India, the government in the province I live in, is encouraging people to eat meat because it seems that it "improves" immunity. India should probably encourage people to eat more plant-based

  2. I changed to eating vegetarian(50% vegan) and meat once (rarely 2 times a week) and it's not that hard, and food lasts longer in the fridge. If people did that we could convert all that land that's left over in to carbon soaking forests which can also be used for energy.

  3. 1st vids about the 0.003% death rate of a deadly virus, now our food can change the climate. All this is starting to match the agenda 2030 plan by the UN. People do crazy things for $$$

  4. Nobody's against cleaner air, water, and soil, but the climate change narrative is a myth. Follow the science (not the propaganda) and see for yourself. And how can you speak of healthier plant based diets and their impact on humans, without mentioning Roundup?

  5. Plants require CO2 to breath, just as humans require oxygen. Yet kooky leftists like Mr. Greger want to eliminate the very thing that plants need to survive. Not only that, but he wants people to kill and eat innocent plants. What's wrong with this monster?

  6. I went vegan because I don't want to support, slicing off chicken's beaks, cutting off pigs tails and cutting out their teeth, raping cows, and stealing their babies, Stabbing pigs in the throat, gas chambers and skinning whilst fully conscious,… you know the cruel standard practices they do to innocent animals It's unnecessary.

  7. People love doctor Greger until he speaks on things they don't want to hear so they say the scary big elite is paying him to say these things. Y'all really think that Dr Greger, someone who has been advocating against the norm for YEARS, would succumb to saying false info? You also think you know better than Greger who's a literal scientist? Y'all are embarrassing

  8. I am concerned that this sort of reporting ignores or intentionally omits the need to keep farm animals for regenerating and maintaining healthy soil, whether or not you eat the animals not withstanding.

  9. Some junk science and propaganda. Apparently dr. Greger got on the payroll of the climate scaremongers, that would like to feed people with insects and artificial meat junk food.

  12. china talks a big game, but that is all it is. Labeling is a good idea, but wont sway many folks. What will reduce meat consumption if people pay the true cost of meat. Stop subsidizing meat and dairy and start subsidizing veggies and fruits.

  13. I love and very much appreciate 'all' of the work that you do Doctor. Thank you so much !
However, when you constantly bob-up-and-down and constantly give exaggerated hand emotes
when you speak, it really distracts a lot from your message to your followers/fans.
…If you could tone those body movements back a few notches when you speak, it will have a huge
    'positive' impact on your messages.

Thank you again Doctor, and God bless you and yours more and more, allowing you to bless us in return.

  14. This is pure gold! As a 3 year old vegan my consciousness is cristal clear 🌱 i mean even tropical fruits have less effect than eggs and dairy. Thank you so much Dr Greger💚

  15. CO2 doesn't cause "global warming" or "climate change", it's only 0.04% (400ppm) in the Earth atmosphere – it's a trace gas. At 0.7% (7000ppm) of CO2 life on Earth has been thriving. If CO2 drops below 0.02% (200ppm) all plants on Earth will start dying off, at 0.015% (150ppm) of CO2 life will extinct, including you.

  16. If one dollar out of 5 of our GDP goes for health care in this country, then a whole food plant based diet by all people would also reduce the huge expenditure of energy on medical costs. Hospitals, transportation, doctor visits, emergency services, drug companies and manufacturing and distribution of drugs all takes energy…oh, and add in funerals! Better add about 2/3 of the prison operating expense as they are full of people with sick bodies and sick minds mostly due to bad food and their sequelae.

  17. The change will come. It will take some time, but it will come. I see more people becoming vegan or vegetarian every year. And the food options are becoming more available as well. Not to mention the cruelty factor – by reducing or preferably excluding animal products altogether we are saving billions of animals and ending their unneeded suffering.

  18. Pretty pretty please can you help my dad he loves Nutrition facts he is whole food plant based makes me and him the healthiest, he has Axenfeld Rigers Syndrome and his b12 is causing spots that turn his skin funny and red and he tried Bragg Nutritional yeast for b12 to see if his spots got better but he started getting bleeding spots and worse spots please help daddy. I don't like him getting Ill

  19. Thank you Dr Greger, I have been looking for information on how to cut emissions for mor than a year. I’m always so grateful for your great work, thank you and your team!
