11. Having a hard time finding vegan friendly alternatives to the animal products you still consume? Here's some recommendations.

    Cheese? Follow Your Heart/Chao/Daiya/So Delicious/etc. They all taste great, have good texture, and melt well. Follow Your Heart smoked gouda is my favorite.

    Burgers? Gardein/Impossible/Beyond/Morningstar Farms/Light Life/etc. They all have a meaty texture and good flavor. Gardein Ultimate burgers are my favorite.

    Chicken/Turkey/Eggs? Gardein/Impossible/Beyond/Morningstar Farms/Light Life/Daring/Just Egg. Flavor, meaty texture, versatile. Gardein Turkey cutlets w/gravy is my favorite.

    Deli meat? Publix sells vegan subs/Sweet Earth/Tofurkey/etc. Salty, meaty, perfect for sandwiches. Sweet Earth pepperoni/ham/turkey are my favorites.

    Ice Cream? So Delicious/Oatly/Ben & Jerry's, Halo Top, or Breyer's non-dairy/etc. Creamy, Hearty, great variety of flavors. The Ben & Jerry's non-dairy Netflix N' Chilled is my favorite.

    Take out? Chipotle is your best bet, but you can find vegan options from Burger King/KFC/Subway/etc, at select locations and any vegan focused restaurant that may be near you. Sofritas bowls from Chipotle are my favorite.

    Don't forget your grains, fruits and vegetables, nuts and seeds, beans and legumes.

41. The food chain argument doesn’t apply. We are all interconnected. Pigs, cows, chickens and other animals are forced to be here by us. We rape them into existence just to hurt them That’s wrong.

42. Eating animals is extreme. Eating plants is not. Paying people to murder is extreme. Being on here saving animals is not. Stealing milk from baby cows is extreme. Drinking soy milk is not.
