She doesn't realize that demonizing meat eaters and then trying to persuade them to come to veganism is stupid because no1: You can't tell people what their diets can and cannot be, including your dog Karen, no2: Dietary issues could lead to people needing to eat meat from actual sources like calcium, zinc, iron and protein deficiency which are significantly harmful to your health. And no3: By basically blackmailing and demonizing them for eating meat makes them not take veganism into consideration, people like to feel like they have a choice in the matter, and by calling meat eaters animal rapists and murderers and then trying to articulate that being vegan is the ONLY way to wash away those sins, it makes them feel tied down and rebellious, making them more obliged to reject and then hate veganism because of you demonizing them.
