Excellent information. Thank you.
I knew there was a reason why drinking screwdrivers in cold weather sounds good.
Useful! Thank you!

Gonna incorporate more citrus this winter! Thanks!

THis is cool(literary). Could You make more suggestion how to practically use this information. So if my mother feels bad with her pressure up, or I am feeling chilly, what is best to do and when in daytime period is best to do it – in morning, evening. And how long could be effect. Thank You!
He said "sounds like something from back in the future". wat?
I've been inspired by Dr. Greger to follow a whole food plant based vegan diet. It has helped with weight and cure lots of my ailments, but cold hands is a big issue. I'm going to incorporate more oranges and hopefully that helps. Any advice that keeps in line with the diet would be appreciated.
I always have cold hands during the winter, so I'm going to try this out once it starts to get cold again lol.
Thanks
I never wrote a comment on your channel. Thanks for the info. Your videos are very important for the whole world. I'm happy that I found your channel.
Doesn't this in theory would increase the risk for hypothermia? Since the body's reaction to prioritize the core temperature is crippled by citrus fruits? So the choice would be between frost bite or potentially fatal arrhythmias due to hypothermia? I know this a stretch yet it is an intriguing thought.
What about c supplements ?
"Queersiden"!!!! I knew veggies turned you gay! Carnivore! Carnivore! 😂😂 (this is a joke)
