I love squats, deadlifts, and hip thrusts for building the glutes. But I think the Romanian deadlift (specifically) is my favorite. Not only does it crush the glutes, but it’s great for the whole posterior chain. I prefer them to good-mornings which are a similar movement. I think RDL’s should be at the core of any good glute development program.
