  1. Everyone comments how I do not look like a senior citizen. Ha! Daily, decades-long chocolate intake validation! 😂

Though, I have switched to bitter chocolate 🍫 Too much sugar is no good.

  2. OK, I’m definitely on board with this theory and I pose this question: I have been consuming coffee “mocha, which is chocolate“ every day for years, maybe a decade – does that qualify me, because I have some wrinkles and they’re not going away. 🫡

  3. I started putting a tablespoon of cocoa powder in my coffee every morning the day I saw this video. This weekend I took a little tumble and had a small cut on my elbow. Not deep, and less than an inch. Nothing would stop the bleeding. Finally had to go to an urgent care center. They couldn't believe I wasn't on blood thinners or taking aspirin. Said they'd never seen anything like it. Just had platelets checked in routine yearly check up a month ago. All fine. Techs and me holding pressure on it for over an hour with some kind of clotting cubes on it. Nothing. They finally put about 3 inches of gauze on it and wrapped it so tight with an ace bandage and told me not to take it off for two days. They quizzed me on everything I was putting in my body. Totally had forgotten the cocoa powder. Was looking forward to that skin elasticity…. Had to stop it. This was so dangerous for me.
