  1. I just finished reading the preface to your new book "How Not To Age" and it sounds like a thriller. I thank Dr. Greger for the extra effort required to include the links to the research papers used for the new book.  

    I can't wait for the upcoming webinar! Personal note: I am not accustom to seeing Dr. Greger in the white lab coat. I prefer to see him without it.

  2. This is a must watch for my wife and I, but if I skip to the end, the takeaway will be "Eat only plants, exercise, sleep, maintain a BMI of 22, and have friends".
