Ho dimostrato che la frutta e la verdura non sono tutte uguali recentemente nel mio video How to Reach the Antioxidant RDA (http://nutritionfacts.org/video/how-to-reach-the-antioxidant-rda).<
Le uova non contengono anche la zeaxantina? Scopri quanto in Egg Industry Blind Spot (http://nutritionfacts.org/video/egg-industry-blind-spot/).

Raw over refined..
Plants not pills..
Variety beats volume? 🙂
Wow! Thanks!
Collard greens and kale, my favorite greens mixed in with my favorite oils and nuts. Good stuff. I have often been very partial to green eyes for some reason.
That reminds me to take my calcium supplement, just trolling though cuz I only have one pill in pieces throughout the day, since I heard that Calcium supplements can cause calcification in body tissues.
Do we have any evidence that kale etc could possibly reverse glaucoma in those who already have the disease?
Btw I'm getting a 404 error (broken link) for the link in your description entitled "dietary treatment of glaucoma".
Thanks for the information! 🙂
What about black women with green eyes, a la Vanessa Williams?
Bel video!
fantastic and to the point,, thanks
Awesome…will be having my routine eye exam early in January…will mention this video to my doc who ALWAYS reminds me to eat my greens for good eye health. You could also add half an avocado to your leafy greens for a healthy fat …in fact, mixed with some balsamic vinegar, the avocado breaks down into a gooey dressing that really clings to the kale in my salads!
I'm starting to see that eating the food is REALLY REALLY REALLY important as opposed to just taking the supplement…
Great video as always!
What the frick is he saying at 3:03? I have played it over and over and have no idea. "Better to get your nutrients from….?
I want to have a T-shirt made that says "Produce Not Pills" !!
So …. Fats with every meal? I've been trying to keep my fats down. Ala 80 10 10. Now I'm not so sure.
See cannabis and glucoma
Adding kale, dinosaur kale, and swiss chard to juices still found me with two new ophthalmologists after my eye pressures spiked to 37 in each eye. The juices will continue for the thank you's I get from my small sample feedback, still kale might not be a stand alone go to here. Mid to high 20s pressures for decades might have a separate cause .
What about those getting iron injections instead of using pills?
I have been eating kale daily for years. My eye pressure is 34.
Is it safe to take lutein and Asta xanthine as supplements. I eat healthy, plant based. I do have glaucoma, and my pressure is quite high. I have blue eyes. Thank you. Bobbie
Nice, thanks for this video
What about the effects of some yoga poses or other exercices + wearing glasses that will block UV?
Just kale and collards? Or any greens?
