15 Risposte a “Yoga Put to the Test for IBS, Inflammatory Bowel, Menopause, and Osteoporosis”

  1. In essence, yoga is mindful movement and this should never be discouraged or over analyzed because connecting with your own body through movement is beneficial 100% of the time. Everyone has the right to explore these traditions without having to wait for a double blind randomized controlled trial.

  2. I would've thought that 2 of the main strengths of yoga are range of motion (flexibility) and balance, both of which are particularly important as we grow older. It would be helpful to produce a video about this. (Unless you have and I've missed it…?)

  3. Bob Barker the price is right guy died of Alzheimer's despite becoming a vegetarian many years ago believing it would prevent Alzheimer's!

  4. Iyengar yoga is therapeutic and certain poses helped me restore painful conditions. I have experienced this, with spinal pain, pain in the knees, if the instructor is good, it works indeed.
