I love this channel!
I got up to stretch while listening to this. 🧘♀️ I need to get back to my yoga videos. Thank you, Dr. Greger and staff!
LOVE THE EVIDENCE BREAK DOWN ON YOGA, FINALLY
In essence, yoga is mindful movement and this should never be discouraged or over analyzed because connecting with your own body through movement is beneficial 100% of the time. Everyone has the right to explore these traditions without having to wait for a double blind randomized controlled trial.
Good to see evidens that yoga equals just getting your ass off the couch. In other words, it's pure quackery.
,a cool video keep up the great content.. Thank you…..
Takeaway……..Yoga good fro IBS, Inflammatory Bowel…..not so good for menopause/osteoporosis……..
I have spinal stenosis and started doing yoga thinking it would help. Thanks for enlightening us on the full story behind yoga.
I would've thought that 2 of the main strengths of yoga are range of motion (flexibility) and balance, both of which are particularly important as we grow older. It would be helpful to produce a video about this. (Unless you have and I've missed it…?)
Thank you so much <3
Why has this channel gotten stuck on yoga of late? Pretty uninteresting a “nutrition” topic.
Hello, is it possible to do a video about unhealthy, sugary food addiction and how to solve it?
Bob Barker the price is right guy died of Alzheimer's despite becoming a vegetarian many years ago believing it would prevent Alzheimer's!
😊😊😊😊😊
Iyengar yoga is therapeutic and certain poses helped me restore painful conditions. I have experienced this, with spinal pain, pain in the knees, if the instructor is good, it works indeed.
