miss interpretation. do u know how many toxins are they in frozen food & even in ur home cooked food ?. I guess ur M.D (Medicine for Dummies) will not help u 🙂

More info needed. It's China. Green leaf lettuce could be carcinogenic in that shit hole. No regulations and pollution galore.
The only times I eat Spirulina or Chlorella is when I eat raw tuna, to reduce the mercury content.
Can you make another update on it, pointing out all the known pros and cons in one video? I'm still not sure about spirulina.

So many salty people here because they were eating spirulina thinking they were being all healthy and shit and can´t deal with the fact that they were wrong. LOL
Dr. Greger didn't answer his own question in regards to "go", "no go" or "neutral". Is this hepatotoxic information recent?

they only examined products in china.. Not sure if it is a common problem among all spirulina products worldwide?

I make a drink using spirulina and brought it to work,a fellow worker who confided in me told me he just got back from a doctor's appointment and the doctor indicated to him that his kidneys were only functioning at 10 percent,he asked my advice, so I put him on my spirulina drink for three months,and then it was time for another appointment, when he returned he told me that his kidneys were now functioning at 40 percent! I think I will stick with it as I've been consuming it since 2002 in addition it has helped me greatly and couldn't imagine not consuming it on a daily basis,as everyone should do.
