Questo è il terzo di una serie di video in 3 parti su consigli pratici per ottenere un equilibrio ottimale “redox” (radicali liberi contro antiossidanti). 1. This video has the biggest effect on my eating habit …..now i follow whatever i eat with fruits specially berries ………. but i heard that you shouldn't eat fruits with other foods is thats true??

  2. You suggest being locked in a fast food joint as a possible scenario for not being able to avoid a high fat meal. Clearly you have not done a road trip across rural America without access to a kitchen. I seriously struggled to find anything to eat that wasn't drenched in fat, or salt while motorcycling through Central Oregon. Lucky for me I brought my own steal cut oats for breakfast, since the free breakfast offered zero antioxidants, at least I had one good meal of the day.

  3. Thank you for making this video!! It really makes me think about what happens to the antioxidants in the body when I'm tempted to make an unhealthy food choice

  4. Really interesting, as usual, Dr. G. I serve fruit with every meal (usually more than one, especially in summer when the supply is gorgeous). And this year got into having matcha tea for the afternoon beverage break.

  5. I'm 17 and am starting to get far more antioxidants in my diet because of these videos. I regularly consume turmeric, blueberries, cinnamon, garlic powder, sweet potatoes, spinach, kale, lentils/chickpeas/beans. I also took out all oil and mostly eat a Whole Foods plant based diet

  6. Awesome! I always make sure to have at least dark green leafies OR berries in every single meal just to try to counter oxidation. Your videos have completely changed my diet, and I now eat only 100% whole plant based (with the exception of pea plant protein powder)

  7. Hello Dr.Greger,
    Hello healthy people,
Is it possible to take to much antioxidants??
Do i have to limit or can i eat several gramms of amla for example??
Especially after sport i heard free radicals r needed.
    Does somebody know more?

  8. All of the doctors that I've been to and all the information from FDA, CDC, HHS and whatever other federal agency; I have never received this kind of information. I have just put my white, black, and green tea mixture on brew. This kind of information should be part of the standard education system.

  9. "…Or they could just,…, not smoke."
Yea that's kinda hard when you're living in the room next to your family's balcony, and they smok there all day everyday.
