Oxalates & potential kidney stone formation a problem with xs consumption of some veg Eg spinach
So that's why Eddie hall is always drinking his fruit juices during workouts.
I already know the answer: it's meat!
Sounds like it has only positive benfits and no risks as a opposed to illegal substances.

No wonder I never have muscle soreness and recover super fast.
Thanks!
I haven't really worked out after eating mostly vegan but now that I am the soreness is nothing compared to what it used to be. I don't drink green smoothies but I still have nowhere near the same level of soreness.
chronic daily oral supplementation, gotta love the lingo
I can attest to this ^^ plants to the rescue!
More videos related to fitness please 🙂
Thank you doc!
Go Tom Brady! Yet another Superbowl next week. Plant based athlete and going strong!!!
I wonder if this holds true for kale, too, which isn’t high in oxalate.
Does reduction in inflammation affect the resulting growth response?
I wonder if other berries and other greens would produce similar results?
This explains so much. I did P90X a few years ago while on SAD diet and it was brutal. Could barely walk, hurt to raise hands above my head, everything hurt. I never finished it. Started over a few weeks ago and I'm a little sore each day but not bad. Only difference is I have been vegan for last 2 years. 🤯
plant strong !!!

This is really good information~
spinach ph is only 4.4 still acid beceause is gmo not natrual
Problem is, crushing the inflammatory/oxidation response, whilst it will allow for better performance in short term, diminishes adaptive response to exercise. In a multi-day competitive event loading up on your power veg etc would be wise to keep preforming at your best, but during training periods space antioxidant/anti inflammatory foods & supplements away from exercise bouts.
Thats the Video I was looking Dr.Greger. Thank you very muchđź‘Ź
How was beetroot not mentioned ? Beets me!
Gracias maestro, ojala algĂşn dĂa tenga sus conocimientos usted es de los mejores profesionales de salud que puede haber en el mundo.
it really works
love this channel!
Nice, i have a big salad and at least 2 cups of baby spinach everyday, i workout a lot but didn't knew about this at all
I like the old format where Dr Gregor is not in video taking up half the screen (as much as I love him). Please go back to no humans in the screen, gives more room for the graphs and is much better.
Thanks
JUST EAT PLANTS (DR GREGERS DAILY DOZEN) ! THEN THRIVE
WHO IS STILL FIGHTING THE PBWF DIET STILL ? OKAY YOUR COWORKERS BUT JUST TELL THEM THEY ARE MISSING OUT ON A GOOD HIGH.
