  2. I do believe those pelvic organ prolapse (POP) studies regarding overweight women is WRONG & has NOT BEEN PROVEN whatsoever. The study of The Integral Theory by Prof Peter Petros is the ONLY research that has been PROVEN by >80% that POP & anything symptomatic regarding female pelvic health is only as a result of the OVERSTRETCHING of the 5 female pelvic ligaments. Due to child birth & collagen reduction of the pelvic ligaments from menopause & general aging. It SHOULD NOT anatomically be referred to as a pelvic organ prolapse or ‘herniated’ pelvic organs … prolapse correctly should be termed as a DISLOCATED PELVIS/ pelvic organs. The female pelvis by Petros in the Integral Theory metaphorically is referred to as a tent & the 5 pelvic ligaments act like the guy ropes on a tent. One should ask what happens to a tent when the ropes become loosened or god forbid are severed? The (pelvic) tent sags & becomes dysfunctional as a tent. ( During a hysterectomy- the uteral-sacral ligament is WRONGLY severed to enable removal of the so called prolapsed uterus. You don’t go cutting the ropes of a tent & expect it to remain tensioned & supported? (Like with a sagging tent one must tighten the ropes to have support & normal tent function return.) This is like removing the offending knee-cap from a dislocated knee injury & expecting the patient to have FULL MOBILITY after the knee cap is removed. One must actually reconstruct the ligaments to correct a dislocated knee, not remove the offending kneecap. SO TOO WITH FEMALE PELVIC ORGAN PROLAPSE hysterectomy actually makes the problem of prolapse and any related pelvic symptoms WORSE. The SOONER the medical profession recognises HOW INDEED DOES THE FEMALE PELVIS FUNCTION ie that with correctly tensioned pelvic ligaments… the sooner the research will become FACT as opposed to the old Urodynamics. This is what the Western world bases it’s whole facts on how the female pelvis functions, a 100yr old UNPROVEN theory only, of urodynamics. When Petros’s Integral Theory that has been proven by over >80% clinical research … then false information like obesity causing POP will keep being believed as FACT. WHEN THIS IS 100yr old UNPROVEN urodynamic theory RUBBISH!

  4. Gallstone Warning! FASTING(if you are obese) will cause you to lose your gallbladder! This is what happened to me. Please don't make the same mistake I did. In 2018 I was doing a ton of fasting and lost 80lbs in about 6 months. In 2019 I had my gallbladder removed. Little did I know I was destroying my gallbladder. When you are fasting your gallbladder does not empty (no food or fats) and that's when gallstones form. I ended up being the biggest loser. Hopefully, I can spare someone from a similar fate.

  6. I want to fast to reset my taste buds, having a hard time giving up salt, and can't fast because I have a big gallstone, what if I did a sweet potato mono, I can seem to eat those with out adding any salt, sugar or oil, would doing a sweet potato mono reset my taste buds like fasting does?

  7. I went WFPB and a year after I suddenly had acid reflux. I was diagnosed with GERD. I was in so much pain I went to the hospital and had my gallbladder removed as well as two gall stones. I did lose about 50 lbs. going WFPB. I had maybe been a vegan for 10 years when all this happened. I didn't have the healthiest diet as a vegan and thats why I went WFPB.

    The video explains the gall stones but the gallbladder went bad in my second year as WFPB. IDK, seems weird.

  8. Which foods have reflux/heartburn protection? I was on prevacid for reflux and was able to go off it when I was low carb. The best I ever felt. I'm on a whole foods plant-based diet now for almost a year and the reflux is coming back with a vengeance. Along with bloating and fatigue.

  9. Is there any scientific data about dietary cures for age related Urge Incontinence & deteriorating eyesight? Chef AJ says she no longer pees well or sees well, and Dr. Mcgreger wears glasses, so I suspect not. Pity.

    Thank you for all these bite size videos; they are very well done and easy to digest. You have been accused of cherry picking data to back up your views. I hope this is not the the case, and that if the science leads you against veganism, you would say so.

    There are so many apparently genuine people that don’t do well on vegan diets, and some of them are big YouTube influencers.

  11. I didn't get that. Did people with a genetic disposition for higher heart disease rates have more heart disease regardless of what they ate or did people who thought their genes would put them at higher risk have a higher risk?
