  1. Why did you have To Bring up that part with the placenta ? I dam near threw up on the treadmill. Does just Eating Fruit cause erosion of enamel? I ask because I notice a lot of skin drying around my lips and chin in my Teeth Feel eroded especially With bananas.

  2. I've been having a big fruit smoothie bowl for breakfast and a big fruit/vegetable smoothie to lunch for about 4 months. I went to the dentist today… the visit took 5 minutes and they could see no problems whatsoever. I'm gonna keep enjoying my smoothies for some time.

  3. I was eating when you started talking about eating placenta. Who, outside of the dark web, would do that?? I guess I'll fast for the rest of the evening. Ewwwww!

  4. You should not 'swich' smoothies in your mouth, but I heard somewhere that imitating mastication while drinking one was good, like to produce more saliva.
    Is sipping a smoothie slowly enough and you don't need to imitate mastication?

  5. I gotta say I do love a good smoothie, but mine are usually yellowy brown in colour because of the chickpeas and peanut butter =P

    When I have them they're quite big smoothies and I chug them down quite fast but I'll give drinking them slowly a go if it's healthier.
    Put some oats or weetabix in smoothies if you want them thicker and more filling. When I was having a debate about veganism in work they tried arguing that consuming meat dairy and eggs in natural and healthy, in the argument they brought up that eating of the placenta thing and I cringed like fuck.

    If someone told Humans so much for so long that eating your toe nails boosted testosterone levels, people would be munching on that shit everyday, knob heads. Ta for the information again

  6. I have never understood the placenta thing. Just looking at one makes me feel sick and I have an iron stomach.
    I had mine chucked in the bin where it belongs, thank you very much.

  7. It seems to me that people who go for an extreme diet (I consider a fully vegan diet extreme, though also extremely healthy) also are more often insane. Like women eating their placentas, or Steve Jobs who thought he did not need to shower because he was eating healthy.
    This probably also works for extreme political and religious ideas. What is it about extremism?

  8. It's best to eat your placenta at least 16-30 hours after giving birth for the best texture. I order mine off amazon express fresh not frozen.

  9. Flaxseeds lowers your cholesterol. ??… I have to stop taking them then, cholesterol is really important for Hormone production

  10. I m on day 2 of WFPB diet. Is is ok to include green smoothies with :2 banana, strawberries, blueberries, flaxseeds, white beans, and kale if you are pre diabetic and high cholesterol? I like the smoothies because it allows me to pack in some extra nutrient dense calories. I will be sipping on it over the course of half an hour as to not ingest it too quick.

Hilarious ending…you really got us, Doc.  Love my glass straw…and will truly try to sip my smoothie slowly (and not "swish"???), but it's so dang delicious.  I do love a handful of spinach (with cilantro) in mine….concerned about the especially high oxalates in spinach…no joint pain or autoimmune disease as far as I know but people are totally freaked out about spinach.  Love and Grats.

  12. LOL, the only red smoothie i would drink is 1 i blend myself w/ lots of frozen watermelon cubes, strawberries, raspberries and beet. If it’s not dark enough, then i’d throw in a teaspoonful of raw cacao powder. I refuse to use any kind of placenta, human or otherwise in anything (skincare or smoothie)….eeew yuck

  13. Now in your green tea videos and your amla videos, you talk about the almost-too-good-to-be-true effects of green tea and amla on your teeth. So much so that they help protect your teeth from the sugar feeding the bacteria and rotting your teeth (green tea killing the bacteria and amla inhibiting their growth). If my smoothie has green tea and amla in it, would you suspect there be any negative effects on teeth from the smoothie?

    BTW, according to your religion of evolution, is rape a good thing or bad thing? More evolution can happen…and there's no such thing as absolute morality according to the religion of evolution right?

  15. I love this guy but there's 2 of his rules I just can't follow. I cannot just sip my delicious smoothies, and forget the straw thing.

  16. 2 tbsp chia 2 tbsp hemp 1 tsp beet powder 1/4 tsp spirulina, 1oz pea protein powder 4 frozen bananas (or fresh bananas if you use a stick blender) a leaf of kale, 1/2 cup frozen wild blueberries, just enough water to blend/liquify.

  17. Thank you for the video. Please stop the proliferation of more Darwinian Evolution religious doctrine… 😩 We didn't evolve over millions of years and it is ridiculous and insulting to our intelligence to suggest it.

  18. Dr.Stephen Meyer, Dr.Axe, and a plethora of other biological researchers have been researching protein folding, all I can say is Darwin is in deep trouble. The chances of finding a functional protein by chance 10 to the 164, elementary particles in the universe 10 to the 80th power, seconds since the Big Bang 10 to the eighteenth, events since the beginning of the universe 10 to the 139 power.
    We didn’t have the research tools to test Darwin’s theories, now we do. Scientists all over the world are abandoning Darwin’s theory, good science and math are proving him wrong.

  20. So if we trying to increase calories and build muscle, we should blend up our foods so we don't feel too full and use a straw. Got it.

  21. Breakfast smoothie: frozen banana, frozen wild blueberries, whole clementine, tofu, chickpeas, cinnamon, ground flax, turmeric, kale and baby spinach.

  22. Ok, that's gross and horrible. Placenta? EWWWWWWWW. Although, the in Chinese herbology, placenta is used as an herb but I don't think it's human placenta. But that's gross too. I'll stick with berries and greens thanks!

  23. What is the recommended amount of kale that you should get in dried form? As in, literally the plant itself (NOT a pill), but instead of fresh or frozen, in dried out and powdered form? Thanks.
