Thank you, Dr. Greger, great video, shared! Berries are on the dirty dozen list (12 produce items that absorb pesticides more than others) so make sure your berries are organic at every opportunity. You can freeze them with the same nutritional properties so when you find them on sale, throw them in the freezer after washing and draining. Union of Concerned Scientists is a joke organisation- they accept anyone who has a valid credit card as a member.
Weird conclusion about "not eating enough fruit". I bet they discounted being overweight just like this.
I'd say "eating too much everything" should be way higher on the list.
That doesn't mean veggies are not good either for weight loss or for excellent health, just the silly conclusions.
(And yes, cutting fats does work in general too.)
The platelet hypothesis needs more and better verification with way better control for confounders such as lifestyle modification.
The benefits of aspirin do clearly outweigh the risks (even if you include stroke risks which are unclear), but an alternative is nice.

This article says to precent platlet activistion, one needs to reduce cholesterol, trans fats and saturated fats consumption. Could you please explain if coconut oils, fats, milk, etc which are high in saturated fats should be avoided.
Does blueberry powder have the same nutritional value as fresh or frozen?
I sleep on a grounding/earthing sheet every night. It separates red blood cells and thins blood. If you ground you should cut back on pharma blood thinners by a third to half.
Question- are you talking baby aspirin the smaller 80mg dose or a larger dose? Is baby aspirin better than grape juice and what about the sugar intake?
