  1. I totally agree – and by doing all that you take a healthy high carb whole food and make it high fat. a disaster…and ppl would still think/say that counted – hense, no white potato! 🙂

  2. 9 a day, minimum! And fruit juice doesn't count, neither do fruit . . . wait for it . . loops. Ha. Or white potatoes. Or ketchup. Not as ridiculously unnecessary to say as it seems. I seem to recall some politicians counting french fries and ketchup.

  3. I love you, Doc, but how on earth is it humanly possible (unless you're Joey Chestnut) to eat 9+ servings of fruits and vegetables/day (excluding fruit/vegetable juice)? That's a MASSIVE quantity of food. I'd have to sit in my room all day and just eat nonstop to hit 9 servings.

  4. what about triglycerides levels after a fruits loaded smoothie? i had my blood tested short after one smoothie made of 6 bananas, blueberries, acai, a little of watermelon and grapes and my triglycerides were at 300. They are fine if I test my blood in a fastng state but I tested it after a smoothie after I saw a video from you talking on how important wad instead to check the blood after a meal. Do I need to be worried from this level or it is normal after a high fructose meal like it is a smoothie?

  5. I think I fully understand this videos and the info they present, however, I prefer to live my life to the fullest and not be so obsesed and concerned for living a few mre years. A good bbq with Friends, a good beer, laughter , and good times instead of eating raw vegetables and keffir or Kombucha and be concerned about everything all the time. Yes, you vegetarians might outlive me by a few years, but you will die no much longer after I do, but I will be enjoying life much more eating what I want whenever I want. I am 50 and I dont have colds, high blood presure, diabetes , or anything like that, I enjoy life and laugh a lot….LAUGHTER and NOT food is the #1 nutrition we should be getting. Say what you like, I respect all of you vegetarians, but I am not buying the propaganda. And yes, I will die sooner than most of you….but I will die with a grin and not obsesed about pesticides, organic, meat, free radicals, and all those things. Yes, I drink White tea, greens, fruits, and many good things, but I enjoy many other TASTY things as well.

    Please, could you touch on the subject of psychiatric medications?
    Drs around the globe prescribe pills like candy, not being aware of the damage done most of the time.
