  1. Think about it, we take oil from the plant & cook our food in it , ding ding ding 🛎 , y I use butter 🧈 & eat vegetarian, it totally works all da way around & whallah, 💝

  2. Go out and look around. The vast majority of people you see are obese or al least over weight.
    People do not need to be fat shamed BUT being over weight is not healthy and leads to a host of illnesses.
    When you look around you can see all the unhealthy people without taking a blood test or a fitness test
    "NORMAL" for the average American is "UNHEALTHY" The health of society is in decline.

  3. So, I should eat a processed food like wheat germ that is subject to going rancid by the time I get it into my mouth? And you call that healthy?

  4. I didn't know some of these. Regarding the Resveratrol leading to brain tissue loss, does anyone know if that applies to trans-resveratrol as well?

  5. Thank you for the insightful video. What about white tea? That is my preferred tea. And any studies on cold brewing coffee and tea, which is also how I like to make them. I'm just curious.
