Mom always made sure we wore sunscreen and makeup on my face. I am 54 and I've been told I look like late 30s. So mom must have been right. Although, menopause is starting to take it's toll. That has nothing to do with the sun.
I hope you discuss sunscreen ingredients from EU, Korea and Japan. Supposed to be safer than chemical based sunscreens sold in US. Would be interesting to hear your take on this topic. Thank you! 😊

I wonder if he'll be discussing the pills said to prevent solar skin damage: beta carotine, vitamin E, astaxanthin, polypodium leucotomos, green tea extract and even aspirin.
I never wore much sunscreen, but also stayed out of the sun. I did have some killer sunburns when I was young, though. Probably not wise to go without sunscreen.
