good one
Luckily, beets come with greens 🙂
Decent video, though I would have liked some more depth on how fat and its different subcategories interacted with plants based nitrate in the stomach.
Beet juice is great but you should see this natural way to boost Nitric Oxide Increase Nitric Oxide Naturally
of course we should
Not. It may be good for you, but it burned a hole right through me after I juiced a beet and drank it. Horrible experience.
It is always best to eat food rather than juicing or blending it.
I find it easier to eat whole beets rather than drink it.
"sipping beet juice may no be the best route"(root punnage) so funny, Dr. Double entendre over here.
I love your video formats and study selection, great stuff as always. Can always look to you for the unbiased scientific perspective.
this video did not communicate jack shit
So. Should we drink beet juice or not, Doctor? CMJ Canada
so a little bit of lemon juice with beet juice?
I cold steep green tea in the fridge overnight and then use it to blend up some beets. I never knew it had this neat effect I just like the mild caffeine boost from the tea in the morning or before a workout lol.
So nitrates in beet juice aren't carcinogenic. What studies do you have to back your assertions, or are they just conjectures?
